The Free plan gives you one hand-picked scenario every day, completely free and with no time limit. Standard gives you unlimited scenarios. Live gives you unlimited scenarios plus live, back-and-forth voice conversations with AI patients.

You can either type your consultation or, on the Live plan, speak directly to the AI patient. Live patients respond to what you actually say, with their own voice, personality, concerns and expectations. Live also includes transcription, so you can review what you said.

Every scenario has its own defined marking criteria, created from human-written marking points. After your consultation, PharmicoLearn assesses your performance against those specific criteria and shows you which points you achieved and which you missed.

Yes. You can see exactly which marking points you missed, why they matter and what you should have done instead. Your XP, progress tracking, achievements and Phil's Debrief then help you understand your wider strengths and areas for improvement.

No. PharmicoLearn is designed so you can practise on your own, whenever you want. Your AI patient responds to you in real time, so there is no need to organise a practice session with a friend or coursemate.

PharmicoLearn currently focuses on Year 1 and Year 2 OTC consultations. We're working on adding more advanced stations, including counselling, medication reviews, clinical checking and prescribing-based scenarios.

Yes. Our scenarios are based on UK clinical guidance, including NICE, CKS and the BNF. We regularly review our scenarios to make sure the clinical content and marking remain up to date.
