Yes. Patients don't all behave the same way. They have different personalities, concerns, expectations and ways of responding, depending on the scenario. You need to listen, adapt and conduct the consultation just like you would with a real patient.

No. PharmicoLearn is designed so you can practise on your own, whenever you want. Your AI patient responds to you in real time, so there is no need to organise a practice session with a friend or coursemate.

Every scenario has its own defined marking criteria, created from human-written marking points. After your consultation, PharmicoLearn assesses your performance against those specific criteria and shows you which points you achieved and which you missed.

Yes. You can see exactly which marking points you missed, why they matter and what you should have done instead. Your XP, progress tracking, achievements and Phil's Debrief then help you understand your wider strengths and areas for improvement.

Yes. Our scenarios are based on UK clinical guidance, including NICE, CKS and the BNF. We regularly review our scenarios to make sure the clinical content and marking remain up to date.

Yes — there's a free plan and it doesn't expire. You get one hand-picked scenario every day, and you can try your first scenario without even signing up. Standard and Live are paid subscriptions for when you want unlimited scenarios and spoken consultations.

The Free plan gives you one hand-picked scenario every day, completely free and with no time limit. Standard gives you unlimited scenarios. Live gives you unlimited scenarios plus live, back-and-forth voice conversations with AI patients.
