By downloading, accessing, or using PharmicoLearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Vaid & Pratt Health Ltd.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You can delete your account at any time via the App's settings.
3. Educational and Medical Disclaimer
PharmicoLearn is an educational tool designed for pharmacy students. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated content within the App is for educational and informational purposes only. You must always rely on your own professional training, verified medical literature, and local guidelines (such as the BNF or NICE guidelines) when making clinical decisions. We accept no liability for any errors or omissions in the AI's responses.
4. Acceptable Use and User Content
When interacting with the App's AI features, you agree not to submit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, spam, or intended to exploit or harm others. We reserve the right to monitor inputs and terminate accounts that violate these rules or attempt to bypass our safety filters.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
PharmicoLearn is currently provided free of charge during our testing phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. You will be provided with clear notice and the option to accept any charges before they apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Vaid & Pratt Health Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information provided by the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland, depending on your exact jurisdiction within the UK).
